[ The young, female voice on the recording is likely unfamiliar to him unless he's got a habit of browsing the network. It's taken her this long to call him only because she was busy working through the numbers of the other asylum workers she'd managed to find. He's also the first Newcomer on the list. ]

Dr. John Seward? My name is Yako Katsuragi. I'm calling to ask about one of the patients who escaped from the sanitarium-- Frankie Nichols. Anything you could tell me about him-- or her-- would be appreciated. Thank you.

[The delay may have been due to his own scrambling to subdue the agitation that was running rampant among staff and patients alike in the asylum, as well as the ongoing search for the missing patients.

He did not recognize the voice as to be expected, but after listening to the recording on his NV he surmised that she was one of the select individuals who'd chosen to go after the escapees. While he would've disapproved hiring outsiders to recapture the patients had this been his own asylum, Doctor Seward had come to understand that to do otherwise here was foolhardy. He himself was on the hunt for one girl, a one Luana Nilson, though she appeared to be blending in effortlessly.]
