I know you hold disdain for the kind of...Mental physicians you are used to...

It's my mental state that troubles me, actually... But you're making it out to seem as though you shouldn't be trusted.

No, I-I hadn't meant to..Ah, forgive me...It's just that I'd rather you be comfortable, Miss Liddell. But of course your state of mind is what's important!

[Not that there's much to be comfortable about if you've already been dissected by doctors on a regular basis.]

I am honored you would consider that to be so. I would not turn you away...Is there a particular time that would be most convenient for you?

It's quite all right. I don't know the usual proceedings for something like this. Therapy has always been...forced, you could say.

[Bumby was very insistent on their sessions after she left the asylum.]

I'm free on Thursdays and Fridays.
